MADeleine is a classic French dessert, also known as the “shell-shaped cake.” Inspired by the phrase “Make A Difference,” we’ve taken the first three letters to symbolize our mission: using innovative techniques to reinvent the traditional Madeleine and create a version that stands out with unique character and delightful surprises.
