This policy applies to cakes and related products sold directly by our store and does not apply to third-party platforms or resellers.

2. Return and Refund Principles

  • There are no refunds or returns without reason for food products .
    • All products are perishable foods and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold in accordance with laws and our policy.
  • There are no cancellations or refunds for custom cakes .
    • Once the customer confirms the order, it is deemed that they have accepted the production arrangement and no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
  • Liability for delivery damage :
  • If the product is damaged during delivery, you must take a photo immediately and contact our store within 1 hour after receiving the goods before a refund application can be accepted.
  • If the shipment is handled by a third-party carrier, our store is not responsible for any damage.

III. Application Process

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase, photo identification and a brief description of the problem.
  • We will respond within 3 working days and decide whether to accept your request.

4. This store reserves the right

  • The store reserves the right to make the final decision and may refuse to process any refund or return request at its sole discretion.
  • If there is any suspicion of abuse of the refund policy, the store reserves the right to permanently refuse purchases from the customer in question.
