R&D day Two months ago, I went on a birthday trip to one of my top 3 favorite countries: Italy 🇮🇹 I visited a Hazelnut farm in Piedmont. As a pastry chef, I absolutely had to buy whole hazelnuts and 100% hazelnut spread grown on the farm. Then, at the end of August, I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in a travel-themed event. cake creation and sharing event It will be put into R&D immediately.
